DotFun Studio is a mobile application that allows users to create, generate, and customize ASCII art, text banners, and decorative fonts, and to save or share those creations (collectively, the "Service"). The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon.
2 User-Generated Content
The App allows you to generate art and text based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, save, or share using the App.

Local Storage: All content generated within the App is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not host, store, or monitor your creations on our servers.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App to generate, share, or promote content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We do not control or endorse the content generated by users.
3 Intellectual Property
Our Content
The App, including its original code, features, design, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of the text and images you generate using the App. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your locally stored content.
4 In-App Purchases and Voluntary Tips
The App may include features that allow you to make voluntary payments, such as a "Buy Me a Coffee" tip jar, to support the developer.

Processing: All transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not collect or process your credit card information.

Refunds: All voluntary tips and in-app purchases are subject to Apple's standard App Store refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
